Gimme Pound Policy

I appreciate every customer that supports our small business.  I take pride in communicating how the order process works and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Please read our policy carefully. Once the order has been made, this confirms that you have read and understand our terms for Gimme Pound 

Placing Orders

All orders under $100, requires a 48 hours notice before the actual pickup date. Bigger orders over $100 will need 72 hours and confirmation from Gimme Pound. Please be sure to email to confirm preparation for the order. Invoices are due upon confirmation of your order. Invoices will be deleted if payment is not received 24 hours after registration. 

Confirmation of Orders

Payment confirms orders! Emails, or social media messages about wanting a pound cake DOES NOT confirm orders. Please place your order through the website and I will message you via email or by phone. Unless payment is through EVA, invoices will be deleted after 24hrs if not paid. 


All orders are FINAL! Please be sure to read the details of each dessert. No refunds are given for the incorrect order placement. No refunds are given for selective taste. Once the order is in the care of the customer, the baker is no longer responsible. A partial refund is ONLY given if the order has been examined to be poorly made or in eatable.
